We have gone through some changes lately (I guess we all do as we age 🙂 and are focusing this blog on catering to men who may have gotten a little soft as they have moved closer to or in middle age. If we were all hard laborers then perhaps we wouldn’t have let ourselves get so out of shape, but when you sit in front of a computer all day it is easy to have a few donuts in the morning and drinks after work.
